Howlin' T-Wolf

The Wolves put forth quite the effort last night in Dallas but a determined comeback came up short. They now bring the action back to Minnesota to take on the Houston Rockets on Saturday, which should make for a good matchup considering the overtime thriller that took place the last time these two teams played. Here are today’s Wolf Tracks:

Timberwolf Tracks:

• The Timberwolves and Target Center management are arguing over who owns the right to an advertising billboard on the Target Center’s wall that just so happens to be in clear view from the new home of the Minnesota Twins, Target Field.
• The Bleacher Report released “The Five Keys To Making The Minnesota Timberwolves Contenders”.
• Rookie guard Wayne Ellington’s sprained ankle is much more severe than first suspected. He is doubtful to play before Monday.

• Personally, I’ve never been a big ‘Sheed fan, and Zach Lowe of the Celtics Hub ain’t too happy with him either.
• In the first match-up since the T-Mac trade, Carl Landry and Kevin Martin face their former teams.
