Originally founded in 2009 by Patrick Hodgdon, Howlin’ T-Wolf has transitioned itself through many ups-and-downs as a basketball blog.
Howlin’ T-Wolf is well on its way to becoming one of the top Timberwolves blogs on the web. Our mission here is to give you, Wolves fans, the best entertainment a blog can offer all while presenting it with pristine journalism. I take my work very seriously, and even at a young age, I want to give readers credible and enjoyable reading material, and so I will deliver.
Now on a more personal level, my name is Jonah Steinmeyer. I am currently studying journalism at the University of Minnesota and plan to graduate in the Spring of 2013. I have always been a huge Minnesota sports fan especially of the Wolves. I, like many of you I’m sure, remember dribbling a basketball in my back alley pretending I was some of the biggest NBA stars, including KG. Of course, it hasn’t always been easy to be a Wolves fan but I’ve been devoted through and through and will continue my allegiance up until the end. Also joining me on HTW is Tom Westerholm, a Journalism student from Iowa. He’s looking to make a quantum leap into the elite of the NBA blogosphere and does it through tasteful words and realism. Also on the site is Derek James, who has written for multiple online basketball publications before. I couldn’t be more thrilled to have his experience and skills on board.
Our hope is that our veneration will accompany our writing skills to offer YOU the best commentary and analysis a Wolves blog can offer.
